If you do not agree, you must not access or use the website, game servers, Discord, or any related services.

2. Community Behavior

All users are expected to behave respectfully within our community, including on Discord, in-game, and on the website.

We reserve the right to ban or remove any user for violations of our rules, including toxicity, cheating, exploitation, or harassment.

3. Mod Content & Minecraft

ModdedMC is a fan-created network based on modded Minecraft. All modpacks and assets remain the property of their respective creators.

We do not claim ownership of any mods used. Access to modpacks is provided as-is for community enjoyment.

4. Donations & Store Purchases

All payments made via our store (for example, Tebex) are considered voluntary donations. We may offer in-game rewards as a thank-you for your support.

These rewards are not guaranteed and may change at any time due to server resets, modpack updates, or balancing needs.

All donations are non-refundable.

5. Website Analytics

We track encrypted IP addresses and country of origin for general visitor analytics. No personally identifying information is collected without your consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

We make no warranties about the availability, stability, or performance of our website or game servers. Use of our services is at your own risk.

We are not responsible for any losses related to in-game data, items, account access, or player interactions.
