Common Minecraft Issues

Can’t connect to the server

  • Double-check the server IP on the server page (copy/paste is best).
  • Make sure you installed the correct modpack version for that server.
  • Restart Minecraft (and your launcher) after installing or updating mods.
  • If you get “Outdated client/server”, update your modpack to match.

Game crashes on launch

  • Allocate enough RAM in your launcher (many packs need 6–10GB).
  • Remove extra mods not included in the pack.
  • Try a clean reinstall of the modpack profile.
  • Update your graphics drivers if crashes mention OpenGL or rendering.

Tip: Include your crash report or latest.log in your ticket.

Low FPS / lag

  • Lower render distance and simulation distance.
  • Disable shaders and heavy resource packs.
  • Close background apps and overlays.
  • Make sure you’re not allocating too much RAM (8–10GB is usually plenty).

Missing perks / vote or store rewards

  • Give it a few minutes (some rewards process on intervals).
  • Reconnect to the server.
  • If still missing, open a Donation Support ticket with proof of purchase.

What to Include in Your Ticket

  • Your Minecraft username (and server name).
  • What you were doing when the issue happened.
  • Screenshots or video if relevant.
  • Crash report or latest.log for crashes.
  • Time/date (and your timezone) helps us find logs faster.
