Certain Pokémon are able to access a special form of Evolution!
How to Obtain Mega Stones
By building Friendship with your Pokémon and leveling them up, they will drop Mega Shards.
9x Mega Shards can be crafted into a Mega Stone at a crafting bench.
Using Mega Evolution
If a Pokémon is holding their Mega Stone, you can use a craftable and reusable Mega Bracelet to mega evolve them!
In this form, they have different stats, abilities, and sometimes even new types.
This form is temporary—it ends if you recall them outside of battle or start a new battle.
Important Notes
- Neither the Mega Stone nor the Mega Bracelet are consumed
- Mega Stones are specifically obtained when Friendship with a Pokémon is maxed, and then you level up every 10th level
